Using VPS for Sending Transactional Emails?

I am looking to set up my new project to send transactional emails. I was using Mailgun and SendGrid, but I want to cut the costs.

My usage is for transactional emails only, no any other purpose.

Can anyone recommend a budget-friendly solution or what to do?
