The tawk.to Live Chat App is a module developed by tawk.to themselves. This app integrates seamlessly with the WHMCS platform, providing instant messaging capabilities with your website visitors as well as providing more value for your customers.
What’s even better is that the app can be installed with just a few clicks. Plus, it’s absolutely free!
Through this app, you can automatically greet visitors, share promos and other personalized information to targeted customers, and instantly share answers from your Knowledge Base.
As the app is cross-compatible across different devices, you can still communicate with visitors even with a mobile phone. This allows you to stay connected around the clock and even when you are on to go.
The current version of the tawk.to Live Chat App is at Version 1.3. The app is compatible with WHMCS version 8.1 or earlier.
Upon successful download, you will need to upload the files to your WHMCS application’s Addons directly, specifically ‘modules/addons’.
From the “Setup” menu, navigate to “Addons” and look for the WHMCS tawk.to Live Chat module. You can then activate and configure it based on your preferences.
Take note, though, that you would need to log in to your tawk.to account to be able to use the features of the module. If you do not have one, you can easily create your new tawk.to account for free.
