Also, installation of my site was simple. I had it up and running within 15 minutes.
Customer service is slow - In case you have an issue, you can be waiting for ages for assistance.
The dashboard appears to be old - It is functional, but it doesn't appear pleasant or feel simple.
Not very newbie-friendly - If you're new to hosting, it might seem confusing.
