To fix Outlook emails stuck in the Outbox, switch Outlook offline, move the message to Drafts, and remove large attachments.
1. Go Offline
Click Send / Receive.
Select Work Offline.
2. Move Email
Open Outbox.
Drag email to Drafts.
3. Clear Attachments
Open email in Drafts.
Remove files over 20MB.
4. Reconnect & Send
Deselect Work Offline.
Click Send.
5. Reset Profile
Open Control Panel.
Click Mail.
Click Show Profiles.
Click Add for new profile.
