How can I view old PST emails when Outlook is unavailable?

I recently found several PST files from a former employee's laptop, but Outlook is not installed on my system. I need a reliable way to access emails, attachments, contacts, and calendar items without modifying the original data. While searching for solutions, I came across SysTools PST Viewer Tool. It appears useful for opening and previewing PST file contents independently, making email investigations, audits, and data verification much easier. Has anyone used it for similar real-world situations and experienced dependable results?
