May I know which VPS are you looking for, Is it Windows vps or Linux vps ?

My suggestion would be to look at the VPS providers that offer cheap VPS services with good features, and to make sure they don't put restrictions on you, much less limit your port. Because when it comes to using it or a project, you will have a problem, like most of them, blocking port 25.
