I have a suggestion: avoid ReliableSite.net. They offer a good attractive price for cheap bandwidth, but have terrible sysadmins who break everything, had an outage for four days that I didn't get credit for, and said I can't host Tor relays ONE DAY after paying the bills (as opposed to before).

Yes I know Tor has a lot of bad actors, but wanting my money and then kicking me out is unethical.
