Why are my emails ending up in the spam box?

I have set up a new server on Hetzner, and my emails are going to the spam box. I have tried several things, but popular email providers like Gmail and Yahoo are still marking my emails as spam.

What could be the issue?

Your email may go to the spam box if there is no SPF or DKIM record, or if the sender's IP reputation is bad such as being blocked on RBLs like Spamhaus or other RBLs.

Your IP reputation is very important. Make sure the email bounce rate is not high.

I have added SPF records and will test them again after a few hours to check if they are working.

I tried sending a plain text email, but it is still failing.

Did you try a professional email provider? Most providers' emails always go to the spam box.

A professional SMTP service would be much better than using Hetzner for sending emails.
Try any one of these: AWS, Mailbaby, or MXroute.

Thanks, everyone. I finally bought a new server and changed the domain name, and now emails are going to the inbox.

I'm finally feeling some peace.
