Have you heard of
MivoCloud hourly cloud servers? I found them the other day, and they are very simple to work with. You pay for the amount of time you use, similar to a car rental. Let's just take a look at what they have.
About
MivoCloud started their services in
2015. They offer
cloud hosting,
dedicated servers,
shared hosting, and
VDS (with
Ryzen)
CPU's. Their main data centers are in
Moldova and
Romania, but they have locations in the
USA (
Oregon,
New York) and the
UK as well.
They are known for quick support and low-cost.
Main Attributes
1. As hardware they use
Dell and
Supermicro servers with a
Juniper network, giving you speed and uptime.
2.
You get free extras with every server:
• IPv4 and IPv6
• DDoS protection
• SSD or HDD storage
• 99.977% uptime SLA (they're almost always up).
3.
Hourly pricing
This is the best feature, you pay only for what you use:
• 1 vCPU - €0.0028 per hour
• 1 GB RAM - €0.0028 per hour
• 10 GB NVMe/SSD - €0.0014 per hour
• 10 GB HDD - €0.0003 per hour
and you get unlimited bandwidth!
So if you’re just needing a server for a few hours or only a short period of time you are not paying for something you are not using.
Extra options
There are even more things you can add:
- Private networks
- Virtual router
- VPN
Payments are flexible too,
PayPal,
crypto, or
bank transfers. They provide
support 24/7.
My Opinion
It’s great because I can start up a
small server, do some testing to just shut it down after only paying for the time I used it - no hefty bill afterwards - pretty useful if you are running small short term projects.
Final Thoughts
MivoCloud hourly cloud servers are inexpensive, flexible, and easy to use. If you are in the
EU,
UK,
USA and need servers and do not want to pay on a monthly basis, it’s a great option.
