Hello everyone,

Just wondering—do any of you use Discord for community support for your company? What’s your take on it? Do you use it to stay up to date with your clients? Maybe post sales every once in a while?

I use Discord but have never used it to provide support. Even though I have not used Discord to provide support, based on my experience with Discord, I think it is really good platform to integrate with your business for customer support.Discord allows you to create multiple groups and you can assign customer support according to the category.

Discord is good for making sales on Black Friday and other special occasions. I saw some hosting companies use it as an opportunity.

But personally, I do not use Discord.
